This job offering is based in Paris, but we are open to remote work.
Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Founding Designer with a strong background in SaaS to shape our product.
You will own the product design and work directly with other founding team members (CEO, CTO & Engineering) to translate customer needs into clean, intuitive, beautiful design and bring the product vision to life. As the first product hire at Skypher, you will also have the unique opportunity to establish the product design & management principles of the company.
About You
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience at a Product position in SaaS companies.
- You possess strong UX and UI skills.
- You are proficient in conducting user research, analyzing customer journeys, and prototyping.
- You have experience in writing clear and concise product specifications to guide the engineering team, as well as prioritizing features in the product roadmap, balancing technical and business considerations.
- You can collaborate with developers and facilitate the integration of your designs.
- You are proficient in English to communicate with our international customers and team members.
- You are a team player, possessing excellent collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and grow with us.

- Initial phone call to learn more about you and present you the opportunity
- On site interview with the CTO (including a case study).
- Final interview with the CEO.
