1- Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Skypher (“Skypher”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data when you:
- Visit our websites, including www.skypher.co and related domains (the “Website”);
- Use our products and services, including the Skypher application (the “Services”); or
- Otherwise interact with us, such as through sales, marketing, events, or support.

If you are a customer of the Services, we may process personal data on your behalf as a processor/service provider under a separate agreement (such as our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”)). In those cases, the customer is the controller/business, and this Privacy Policy describes our own processing as a controller/business, such as for account administration, billing, and marketing.
