This Privacy Policy explains how Skypher (“Skypher”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data when you:

- Use our products and services, including the Skypher application (the “Services”); or
- Otherwise interact with us, such as through sales, marketing, events, or support.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website or Services. If you are a customer of the Services, we may process personal data on your behalf as a processor/service provider under a separate agreement (such as our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”)). In those cases, the customer is the controller/business, and this Privacy Policy describes our own processing as a controller/business, such as for account administration, billing, and marketing.

“Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
